VPN and IP question again for hiding from google

OK, the only reason I am paranoid about google is because I have a few niche where I can't find a better adsense alternative. And google in its unfailing wisdom decided to ban the adsense account associated with my main email ID, an ID I still use, for it is my full name ID.

Now I have several Adsense accounts, not for spreading risk, but because I own multiple sites the same niche. And various other reasons.

Well, earlier, I used to do all my wordpress admin work from the same laptop/network and ony used different IP for logging into Google Adsense, analytics etc.

But after google fonts, I am forced to change everything for even WP updates, which have become a operational nightmare.

Currently I am using multiple laptops and multiple internet connections, using dongles and hotspot. I have 5 mobile phones, (FB application too ) Fuck me..

Now, all my internet connection (ISP) use a dynamic IP.

I have been checking the IP and on most of my ISPs, the IP varies upto the last level.. Like A.B.C.D and only A is fixed. This is like a totally different IP each day.
On one connection is only the last one (D) so fuck that one in particular.

So I am not sure if using different dongles is any different then just using the same fibre connection? I have got two there as well. So, will using the same internet connection on diffeerent laptops obscure me enough?

Or Can i use a VPN on a single computer? If yes, what VPN should I use? Most VPNs get identified as a VPN even by Hulu, so I am not sure what VPN solution to use. I want some solution where I can input like 10 different IP addresses (pre defined) and then switch the IP using some app before I login to google and wordpress. Anything available? And what kind of IP should I buy for this? Obviously not the proxy lists that we are used to. I want it to be a unique IP that only belongs to my google account

I'm no expert on this but I'd think you could use a VPN with a proxy switcher stocked with static, private (not shared or public) proxies and find an online tester to make sure it's not leaking your VPN IP address. Of course you'd have to be real meticulous about switching perfectly. You'd might be able to triple layer it with private proxies for your browser as well.

Seems like you could just ask your ISP for a new static IP and register a single LLC or DBA and be fine. Set up a new account with Adsense and they won't be none the wiser. For all they know you bought the sites from the past owners.

I apologize in advance, because this will not be a quick and easy solution, plus it's probably not a realistic one for most people due to the technical effort involved in setup as well as specific hardware requirements. I wanted to post this as an "fyi" for those that will find it useful.

For complex management of personas and origin/identity obfuscation, I'm heavily leaning towards Qubes OS. Bopeep, the things you mentioned about having to physically separate these things with actual unique systems, you can do entirely on Qubes. In short, you'd have multiple App or Network VM's, each with their own separate VPN's or proxies, each entirely separated and effectively "airgapped" from each other. There are other concerns, of course, but so far from what I've seen, it appears Qubes is an excellent solution for those that have significant investment of time and resources in obfuscation. Although it's not nearly as simple as just installing on any system, particularly because it will only boot/run provided certain hardware requirements (mostly virtualization-related technologies) are met, if you think about it from an investment and resources standpoint, it does start to make sense. In other words, running a half dozen separated, physical systems, versus consolidating to one highly-optimized system.
