Amazon Associate ID Reverse Lookup?

I know they used to have this kind of tool for IP addresses and Adsense ID's. Does anyone know if there's a tool where I can input an Amazon Associate ID and find all the sites in which it's being used?
 
A related question for anyone in the know... My suspicion would be that you couldn't see past the unique site identfier. For instance, if your store ID was the top of the list and then you had sub-ID's for each site, you could see back up to the store ID, right?

Saw a couple sites a few years ago that appeared to do this. Just checked and only one of them is still online. Unsure how accurate / legit it is, but certainly worth a shot...
